Product Warranty Policy:

Flow Plumbing Imports Ltd supplies only the finest plumbing products, we do however understand that sometimes things go wrong.

Kindly Note: 
Proof of purchase is always required.
Due to the nature of possible claims, ie leaking: insitu photos and/or video will likely be required.

 

Product Returns Policy:

Any returns must be authorized by Flow Plumbing Imports Ltd, please contact us before shipping any items back as a return. 

Items returned in acceptable condition, in its original packaging, within 30 days of purchase and with relevant purchase receipt, will be credited or replaced at the discretion of Flow Plumbing Imports Ltd.

Return shipping and restocking fees may be applied if return is not returned to base.

Any items that are used, or improperly handled, improperly installed or damaged due to improper care will not be eligible to be returned.
